Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for the services offered by Oryntis, LLC (“Oryntis”, “we”, “us”). It applies in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and to any service order, statement of work, or product-specific terms provided to you before payment or checkout.
Refund Policy
If a paid service is not delivered as agreed, please contact us within 14 days of payment. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible.
The following are generally non-refundable, unless required by law or otherwise agreed in writing:
- API credits that have already been consumed;
- Consulting or support services that have already been provided;
- Third-party model or vendor fees incurred on your behalf;
- Custom development milestones that have already been accepted by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions and other recurring services may be cancelled by contacting us before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund usage fees that have already been incurred.
Custom projects may be cancelled in accordance with a written statement of work. Completed work, reserved resources, and non-recoverable third-party costs may still be payable at the time of cancellation.
Terms & Conditions
Use of the Oryntis website and services is governed by our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any service order, statement of work, or product-specific terms provided before payment or checkout. Where a signed agreement or order conflicts with this policy, the terms of that agreement or order control.
